Our promise and money back guarantee

July 13, 2007 by LogHomes Editor

The Satisfaction Guarantee (after you attend)

Every membership is covered by our three month “no questions asked” money-back satisfaction guarantee.

We are so sure that you will agree our class is one of the best things you’ve ever done for yourself that if you are not satisfied for any reason, even three months after you take the class, we’ll give you a full refund with no questions asked. This is an iron-clad promise to you: come and take our class. You have nothing to lose because if you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy.

All you have to do is return your membership card and any class materials (such as the class workbook and CD), and we’ll return every penny of your tuition with no questions asked.

Attendee cancellation, Rescheduling, and “No Show” Policy (before you attend)

When you sign up for a class date, we reserve space for you in that class. For that reason there is a non-refundable $100 fee (per membership) for cancelling if you let us know more than 7 days/168 hours from your class start time.

Because it’s hard for us to fill empty spots at the last minute, we ask you to let us know well in advance if you are unable to attend your given class date.  If you cancel on short notice, less than 7 days/168 hours from your class start time, then your membership(s) will be cancelled with a 50% refund.

There may be times when it is possible for you to switch to another class on a different date, or a future class that has not yet been scheduled. This option may be available at the sole discretion of Log Home Builders Association and may or may not incur a fee. Email us to find out what options are available.

To let us know that you are unable to attend your scheduled class date, just send us an e-mail to [email protected]

Cancelled classes

In over 40 years, the Association has never cancelled a class, but we do reserve the right to cancel a class or move its location if needed without incurring any liability.

Student In Log Home

"Building this house has been the time of our life!! We would really like to thank LHBA for all that they did to help us achieve this amazing feat...

We are now mortgage free!!! Wow what a feeling. I never imagined that it could be done the way we did it, Mortgage free that is... 2 years ago when we sat in that classroom I never even thought that 2 years later I would be typing this in my beautiful mortgage free home...

Thank you LHBA!!!"

What our students say

As expected this was an absolutely awesome week end. Thanks to both Ellsworth and Steve who did a great job to fan the embers that Skip had initially set back in the eighties when I first took the class. The info they share will help many in the future find freedom from the home mortgage shackles that is presently considered the norm. Bless you both.
